Politics responsible for death and mayhem in J&K

Right now an extreme degree of politics, with no flexibility on any side is being witnessed in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. Not only is the Valley burning, but Jammu region, including the beautiful Kishtwar is also on fire. Whose fault is this?.
