Jehadi outfut claims responsibility for blasts

In an SMS sent to a local news channel jehadi outfit Islamic Security Force-Indian Mujahideen has claimed responsibility for all the serial blasts. ISF-IM was formed in the year 2000 in Lower Assam to counter the Bodo and other militant groups..
