DELHI METRO Rail Corporation (DMRC) has this time changed its stand in naming the new Metro-station in Delhi as “Yamuna Bank” while earlier DMRC had initiated a nice practice of naming stations like ‘Vishwa Vidyalaya’ and ‘Vidhaan Sabha’ in Hindi. It will be better if name of the new station may be changed to a Hindi one say “Yamuna Paar” or “Yamuna Teere”.
